Immunogold Staining Kit #2 (For EM). Kit Contents: 1ml of 5nm Protein A colloidal gold, 1ml of 15nm Protein A colloidal gold, and the following buffers: Sufficient reagent C, reagent E, reagent L and reagent M for the detection of primary antibodies directed against tissue and cell surface antigens through the use of Protein A or secondary antibody labeled Gold Colloidal Particles. Application: Immunospecific staining of primary antibodies at the electron microscope level. Product volume may vary. With the exception of Diagnostic Microbiology Products all biochemicals described are for research use only. Reconstitution instructions, including the recommended diluent and final concentration, are provided on the datasheet. Aliquot immediately after reconstitution to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
A suggested incubation time is provided in the recommended protocol on the datasheet, but may need adjusting depending on your sample type and detection system.
