TentaGel® resins are grafted copolymers consisting of a low crosslinked polystyrene matrix on which polyethylene glycol (PEG or POE) is grafted via an ethyl ether group which increases stability towards acid treatment and minimizes PEG-leaching. The graft copolymer shows modified physicochemical properties which are highly dominated by the PEG moiety (and no longer by the polystyrene matrix) and has hydrophobic and hydrophilic properties. These copolymers are pressure stable and can be used in batch processes as well as under continuous flow conditions. The PEG spacer is in the range of MW 3000 Da. TentaGel® resins have high diffusion rates and excellent swelling in a wide range of solvents from e.g. toluene to water. TentaGel® N resins are compatible with microwave heating and are stable towards chemistry used for oligonucleotide synthesis.
The catalog number for TentaGel® N OH Resin is N30000.5G.

Conjugation status, such as unconjugated, HRP, FITC, or biotin, is specified in the product name and confirmed on the datasheet.
Assay sensitivity, including the minimum detectable dose, is listed on the datasheet. Kits that are assembled on order typically ship within 2-4 weeks.
Some products, including certain cell lines and biologics, require dry ice for transportation, which carries an additional fee shown clearly in your quotation. Dry ice delivery isn’t always possible to every destination due to transit time or local restrictions, so we check feasibility in advance and you must store the goods at the correct temperature the moment they arrive.
