EverBrite TrueBlack® is a hardset fluorescence antifade mounting medium with Biotium's unique lipofuscin quencher, for one-step mounting and autofluorescence quenching of fluorescently stained tissue sections. The medium cures over time to form a permanent hard seal between coverslip and specimen.

Reconstitution instructions, including the recommended diluent and final concentration, are provided on the datasheet. Aliquot immediately after reconstitution to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

A suggested incubation time is provided in the recommended protocol on the datasheet, but may need adjusting depending on your sample type and detection system.
