CleanRNA™ eGFP-mRNA (low dsRNA) is an mRNA that has been modified with a 5' cap1, a 3' poly(A) tail, and N1-Methyl-Pseudouridine Triphosphate (N1-Me-Pseudo UTP). The product is created through an in vitro transcription process using CleaScrip™ T7 RNA polymerase, which generates ultralow sRNA content in the mRNA solution, thus improving the in vivo performance of eGFP-mRNA.
