SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid protein (T205I), His Tag (NUN-C52Hd) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Met 1 - Ala 419 (Accession # QHO62115.1 (T205I)). The nucleocapsid protein is consisted of the N-terminal RNA-binding domain (NTD) and the C-terminal dimerization domain (CTD), divided by a central serine/arginine-rich (SR)-linker responsible for phosphorylation. The mutation T205I was identified in the SARS-CoV-2 Beta (Pango Lineage: B.1.351) and Mu (Pango Lineage: B.1.621) variants (data retrieved from https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33095454/).

Assay sensitivity, including the minimum detectable dose, is listed on the datasheet. Kits that are assembled on order typically ship within 2-4 weeks.
Some products, including certain cell lines and biologics, require dry ice for transportation, which carries an additional fee shown clearly in your quotation. Dry ice delivery isn’t always possible to every destination due to transit time or local restrictions, so we check feasibility in advance and you must store the goods at the correct temperature the moment they arrive.
Cross-reactivity data, based on available testing, is listed under the reactivity section of the datasheet. Contact us if you need reactivity confirmed for a species not listed.
